  1. There have been documented cases of people falsely arrested and even proven innocent thru DNA etc. while on death row. My life is ruined because of your copy and paste not to mention how traumatized I was by being arrested. I was arrested for domestic abuse because of a man who lied in an effort to save his own self. He was and is the abuser. Because of the way the domestic abuse laws are now written and so open to different interpretations, innocents may be arrested and taken to jail. I have permanent injuries and even had surgery because of being punched in the face and head so many times. I have no place to go and he comes back. I am afraid of him and because he is an attorney he knows that choking is a felony. What am I to do. I am so embarrassed that I stay locked in my bedroom and will not eave my house unless it is to my counselor or the doctor. I have an amputation from bone cancer when young but worked all my life. Now my only arm is worn out with nerve damage and rotator cuff surgery with damage. I am pretty much armless and defenseless. He strikes without warning. He strikes just in normal conversation and situations. His doctor received a glimpse and called me to say how angry he became and that he should be tested for mental disorders. Now you say it does no good to beg plead etc. Who hurt you. Were you abused? Why do you want to hurt the innocents. If you wish to do this, then at least do it responsibly and don't hurt those who have already been hurt more. Lack of empathy is a symptom of many things. Psychopath, sociopath, etc. I could hire a lawyer and sue him for making a false statement on a police report but who has that much money. Certainly not me. Also, I would not call the police if he had a gun to my head. If it can happen once, he could lie again and I could end up worse off. All except that one time there were witnesses who knew that he abused me and I had no fault at all. He would convince the police that he was too ill with diabetes to go to jail. They even said we can't take him to jail he might not survive but considered taking him to a hospital psychiatric unit. I would not care if God took me out of this life now.

  2. "Thanks for your comment. Unless, of course, it iss one of those comments questioning my motivations in rude and crude terms, threatening to sue me for posting information available on public government websites, and/or saying I can not possibly judge a person on the basis of a few criminal charges. In that case, I could not care less about your comment and believe me when I say I am just going to keep on doing exactly what I am doing. So stay out of jail and you will not be on this blog. And by the way, state governments and their political subdivisions (counties) can not produce copyrighted material...especially when it comes to lists of people in jail. So save a tree, save a stamp, save your time, save some face and do not bother telling me to cease and desist."

I understand your blog &.that you have to much time on your hands (idle hands Devils Playground) I assume your sitting in you boxers hitting a bong while posting this stuff (no problem with that here). I would caution you to only post things you truly feel is going to be a conviction if you believe in karma I would advise you to move forward cautiously as you are open for lawsuits, retaliation, & did I mention karma.. Your name will appear here one day due to the police not doing their due diligence in some cases and really do arrest innocent people daily.. I support my local police But they do make horrible mistakes daily.. I see nothing wrong with what your doing but your costing people their jobs & life by not being responsible in what you post.. Please take this blog and be responsible ya know maybe just post felonly arrest or pull the misdemeanors in 24 hours & keep Alabama working dude!!

  3. You know what? It's too much work to sort through and just post this, or just post that. Copy and paste big, or go home, I say.
